Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park opened in January 2022 in response to the need for upscale, private-pay independent living in Simpsonville, SC, a fast-growing town in the suburbs of Greenville. This project consisted of a three-story, 160,000-square-foot facility with 114 private-pay units for independent living. The community offers a wide array of luxury living options and amenities, including a fitness center, salon, and heated indoor saltwater pool.
DMK partnered with Atlas Senior Living to develop and construct this high-end, independent living community. The city of Simpsonville was already home to Fairview Park, an assisted living and memory care facility operated by Atlas. This project was positioned immediately adjacent to the existing community, which formed a campus well-suited to serve seniors across a wide range of acuity needs. Legacy Reserve at Fairview Park offers a unique, private-pay lifestyle option that includes high-end amenities such as:
- Multiple dining venues
- Fitness and wellness center
- Heated saltwater swimming pool
- Spa, salon, and barbershop
- Movie theatre
- Sports bar and outdoor terrace
- Bocce ball court
- Dog park
- Private dining for special events
- Library and computer lab
DMK’s team finished the project on time and on budget. The Atlas team was quickly able to capitalize on the demand for a luxurious independent living product to complement its excellent assisted living and memory care community located on an adjacent parcel of land.
